In 2015 I joined AXA as an insurance advisor at the Aigle office: five years of fieldwork, clients and real cases. In 2020 I founded my own multi-company brokerage, a valuable experience that quickly showed its limits: it is impossible to master every provider's products in depth at once.
In 2023 I took over the AXA Montreux office: in under three years, the team grew from 4 to 11. As in sport, great achievements are always collective.

Being a father is my greatest passion. My children taught me concretely what "protecting what truly matters" means. When I talk to parents about pension planning or life insurance, I'm not speaking in theory, I speak from what I have put in place for my own family.

Professional cycling shaped me: rigour, teamwork, winning in the details. Mountain hiking grounds me in the essentials, nature, effort, silence. Both share the same philosophy: prepare seriously, advance with humility.

I am not an insurance salesman. I start with the person, their situation, their projects. My role is to raise awareness and draw attention to real risks; then you decide freely. I never push in any direction.
My day-to-day sector is the Montreux, Clarens and Villeneuve region. And as soon as a client asks, I gladly travel anywhere in Switzerland. For more distant regions, a first phone or video call is often the best way to prepare our meeting, in English, French or German.
Three criteria. One: the advisor is interested in you first, your situation and your projects. Two: they build a tailored offer around your real needs, with no unnecessary cover. Three: they make you aware of the risks, but the decision is always yours, never theirs. That is how I have worked since 2015.
In most cases, yes. The LPP/BVG often leaves significant gaps at retirement. The 3rd pillar fills them, reduces your taxable income up to the ceiling set each year by the Confederation, and builds capital for retirement or a property purchase.
LAA (occupational accidents), LPP (above a certain salary) and AVS/AI contributions are legally required. Beyond that, professional liability and business interruption insurance are essential for any serious SME.
